Perfect location and shopping across the street. Amazingly courteous staff. Great breakfast! Well maintained facility. I only wish the Fitness Center would open at 5 AM versus 6, but that's just me!

Best Hilton property I have stayed at in a long time. The hotel was very clean and updated! Only reason I gave a 4 star for service is breakfast had very few choices and the food was not very good. Everything else about the hotel was top notch!
I checked dozens of online reviews for hotels in the area and finally chose this one. My husband and I were visiting friends and were both disappointed. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Like most hotels the bed was somewhat firm, but overall comfortable and clean. We always ask for extra pillows and the staff were quick to deliver. The shower was clean, had hot water with decent water pressure. The AC unit worked marvelously and kept us cool through the night! The breakfast was as you would expect for this level hotel: cereal, small selection of hot breakfast food, boiled eggs, waffle station, oatmeal with toppings, juice, toast/bagels, small selection muffins, bananas and apples. My husband is the coffee drinker and said it was “OK”. There was also hot tea and honey which I enjoyed. The fitness center was surprisingly above expectations. There was a great variety of equipment which was in great condition, room clean and spacious also. Check in and check out process easy and staff friendly. Hotel is right by a Waffle House, chick fil a, and 5-8 min from major shopping centers including Walmart. Very easy to get to. We would recommend this hotel in Gadsden and will stay here again when we visit our friends.
Rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok. All their muffins and such are stale, tried to get one and hard as a rock.
Nice rooms. Great location next to river walk. We took a stroll on the river, it was very romantic. We came to see the waterfalls. Nice town.
